Ananda Training & Consultancy is a boutique agency specialising in intersectionality, equity, and justice.

Founded in 2017, our commitment is to influence change and guide organisations and workplaces to move beyond the diversity framework by embedding an intersectional lens so all people can feel safe and valued.

We deliver online, in-person, and hybrid workshops to guide participants in reflexive and reflective practices and brainstorm ideas to integrate an intersectional thinking as part of their day-to-day operations.

​We are passionate about making a positive contribution to society, uplifting intersectional marginalised communities, and influencing positive change, one conversation at a time.
