Ananda Training & Consultancy is an award-winning boutique agency specialising in intersectionality, equity, and justice.

Founded in 2017, we continue to drive change by guiding organisations and workplaces in embedding an intersectional lens so that all people feel safe, valued, and respected.

We believe that inclusion is a human right.

What do you do?

  • We deliver interactive online, in-person, and hybrid workshops to enhance participants’ understanding of intersectionality, equity and justice. We focus on providing practical ways to integrate intersectional thinking into their day-to-day operations, empowering participants to make meaningful change.

  • We provide consultancy, research and evaluation to assist organisations in identifying gaps and improving their organisational system as part of their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy.

  • ​We work collaboratively with organisations to develop policies, strategies and resources that would improve the safety and participation of marginalised communities.

  • We deliver engaging and interactive keynote speeches and public speaking to inform, encourage, and inspire people to create a more just and equitable workplace and society, fostering a sense of possibility and collective effort.

  • We run workshops across Australia’s major cities and regional areas, inviting organisations to partner with us to advance their DEI initiatives and foster inclusive environments.
